Le mill\u00e9sime 2019 suit les traces du 2015 : un vin doux issu de chardonnay et de pinot gris dont les grappes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9ch\u00e9es durant 3 mois en caissettes puis press\u00e9es sur notre vieux pressoir en bois. Le nectar obtenu a \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9 en barrique pour 10 mois afin d&rsquo;en developper tous les ar\u00f4mes. Fruit\u00e9 avec des notes de coing et de framboise, doux mais avec un joli \u00e9quilibre sucre\/acidit\u00e9 ce vin s&rsquo;accorde magnifiquement avec vos foies gras, vos fromages \u00e0 p\u00e2te persill\u00e9e ou encore avec vos desserts : il s&rsquo;accorde avec une salade d&rsquo;agrumes rafra\u00eechissante ou encore un d\u00e9licieux fondant au chocolat noir !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Alors, convaincus ?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Apr\u00e8s une petite absence, notre Passerill\u00e9 est de nouveau en stock.
